Our Patient Relationship Manager™ (PRM) 2008 has been certified by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT®) and we are proud to have received a 100% for all criteria. The certification is valid through 2011. The electronic health record (EHR) component was given a perfect score for:

  • Functionality – ability to create and manage electronic records for all patients, as well as automating workflow in a physician’s office
  • Interoperability – ability to receive and send electronic data to other entities such as laboratories

Why does this matter?

CCHIT certification sets us apart. Physicians can be overwhelmed by the number and variety of systems available and trust the CCHIT seal as a vital criterion in selecting their EHR. The Certification Commission includes representatives from a wide variety of stakeholder groups, including healthcare providers, payers, vendors, consumers, researchers, public health agencies and informatics experts. Product certification is not only valued by physicians, but by insurers and other parties in the healthcare system as well.

What does this mean to you?

We are committed to compliance with industry standards. Our CCHIT certification exemplifies that commitment. And that means better product performance. Physicians empowered by our technology have more control over their time. Aprima puts powerful, affordable, usable EHR-based medical practice systems within reach of every practice, large and small. We expertly navigate the alphabet soup of HIPAA, MIMSS, NIH, NCQA and all the rest, keeping you in compliance, ready to compete for pay-for-performance contracts and able to get the most productivity out of your office.

Aprima has regularly met CCHIT certification criteria (2006, 2007, 2008 and now 2011) including interoperability standards. Customers (on support/maintenance plans) migrating to Aprima 2011 later this year from earlier versions, will be able to do so at no cost. Ask for details.
