EDI Support Analyst
Aprima Medical Software, a fast growing combined PM and EHR solution in the healthcare information market, is seeking a professional, experienced EDI Support Analyst to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ANSI compliant transaction issues reported by end-users. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting end-users on EDI transactions of all types and the ability to speak in layman’s terms with end-users as well as in more technical terms with Vendors and Partners.
Implementation Consultant
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation training and go-live support for a practice’s staff on the use of Aprima’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and
Practice Management Information System (PMIS). The Implementation Consultant (IC) will work closely with the staff on workflow analysis; the design, development and implementation of processes, reports and templates; and the training of end users on system utilization including support during and after the go live period. Knowledge and experience in ambulatory health care setting is required as well as training experience. Communication skills must be superior to display enthusiasm with a calm and professional demeanor.
